HulaZen™ is not a fusion of Hula and Yoga, but an opportunity to connect one's Body and Mind with the Spirit of Aloha and the elements of nature; with gentle fluid movements, yoga postures, breathing and meditation, influenced by three ancient cultural practices: Hula, Zen and Yoga.
Yoga for Healing is for all those who desire to live a longer, healthier and happier life. Stress exacerbates pain, worry, fear, anger, and sadness. It weakens one's spirit and immune system. Instead of fighting against the tide, the storm or the wind, peacefully align with nature; breathe and move in harmony with Mother Earth.
Classes are for all those with a "beginner's mind", willing to explore the journey to the paradise of potential that awaits within.
